General Operator
The main role of General Operators is to operate a variety of heavy construction equipment. They are responsible for smooth execution of tasks on job sites. Their work includes loading, moving materials, and performing tasks as directed by project supervisors.
Motor Grade Operator
Specializes in grading operations, using motor graders to shape and level roads and other surfaces. They ensure proper slopes and elevations for each construction project.
CDL Driver/Operator
CDL drivers are responsible for transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites. They operate trucks for various construction tasks. Responsible for both driving and assisting with site operations as needed.
Laborer
Performs a variety of physical tasks on construction sites, including material handling, site preparation, demolition, and equipment operation. Supports construction team and ensures job site is clean and safe.
Transport Driver
Hauls construction equipment, tools, and materials between job sites using various trucks and trailers. Responsible for secure loading, safe transport, and timely deliveries.
Water Truck Driver
Operates water trucks to control dust, compact soil, and provide water supply for construction projects. Maintains proper water distribution and complies with safety regulations.
End Dump Driver
Operates end dump trucks to haul and unload materials like gravel, dirt, and debris at construction sites. Ensures safe and on-time transport. Complies with safety regulations.
Mechanic
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all construction equipment to ensure smooth operations. Diagnoses mechanical issues and performs routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
Estimator
Responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and project bids, ensuring accurate pricing for materials, labor, and equipment. Works closely with project managers to assess and forecast project costs.
