- Estimator: Prepare cost estimates and project bids.
- General Operator: Operate heavy equipment on job sites.
- Motor Grade Operator: Handle grading operations for roads and sites.
- CDL Driver/Operator: Transport materials and operate trucks.

Beth, from Butte, Montana has worked with Avail for 8.5 years! When she was a kid, she would build hot wheels cities in dirt piles, which sparked her desire for construction. She has enjoyed collaborating with a diverse team as they accomplish projects together. One of the most fulfilling things for her is seeing those projects’ impacts for years to follow.

Dillon, from Rigby, Idaho has been with Avail for 3.5 years! When not working in construction, he enjoys spending his time building legos. Growing up, he lived on a farm so he has always loved being outside working with equipment. He loves the camraderie built between the Avail team.
