We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Gravel Pit Laborer to join our team. This position involves working in an outdoor environment to assist with the production, maintenance, and operation of a gravel pit. Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing manual labor, and ensuring a safe and efficient worksite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with excavation, screening, and processing of gravel and other materials
• Operate hand tools and light equipment such as shovels, rakes, and compactors
• Help with routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete daily tasks

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Experience in construction, mining, or similar outdoor work is a plus
• Basic knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance is preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
