We are seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our construction team at Avail Valley Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating motor graders to perform precise grading, road maintenance, and site preparation. This role requires expertise in fine grading, shaping surfaces, and ensuring proper drainage while working on a variety of construction projects, including roadways, site development, and infrastructure improvements. The operator must be skilled in reading construction plans, understanding job specifications, and making necessary adjustments to achieve accurate grading tolerances.

The Motor Grader Operator will work closely with site supervisors and other equipment operators to ensure smooth project execution. Candidates should have experience operating motor graders in different terrains and conditions, along with a strong understanding of construction safety protocols. Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. A valid CDL is required.
